Property Photos was developed by Realpage to let property management companies easily buy, create, and manage media assets through a Digital Asset Manager (DAM). Previously, clients had to request media manually via customer service and creative teams. The new site also features a Digital HealthCheck tool, which helps analyze and protect assets to prevent legal issues when media is used on property websites.
We led the end-to-end design process for this site, collaborating closely with product owners, researchers, and developers to assess design needs, gather requirements, and develop user flows and wireframes. We created and presented high-fidelity clickable prototypes, conducted card sorting and whiteboarding sessions, participated in beta testing, and managed two other designers. Additionally, we maintained an asset library and provided training to ensure cohesive and effective design execution throughout the project.
